Support
Open a ticket in the dashboard or email support@astorias.ai. Start with the status code and X-Request-ID. Most failures are a bad key, an unknown model id, empty credits, or a parameter the model does not list.
In the dashboard
Any org member can create a ticket at Support. Attach JPEG, PNG, WebP, or GIF images (up to four, 5 MB each). You can reply, resolve, and reopen. Staff answer from the other side of that thread.
Before you write
Capture the request ID
Every chat response includes X-Request-ID. Keep it with the UTC time and the endpoint.
Read the status code
400 is the request or model, 401 the key, 429 rate limit or credits, 503 a serving miss. See Errors.Reduce the request
Retry with a catalog model id and a single user message. Drop optional parameters until it succeeds or the error is specific.
What to include
Send the request id, organization name, endpoint, model id, status code, and approximate UTC time. Include the response body and a redacted request body. Never include an API key.
Prompts are not retained
Inference prompts and completions are not stored. Support can work from the request id, status, and whatever you paste. Do not expect us to replay the original prompt.
